Dr Karin Mathison

Karin consults on a project basis to Centaur. In her substantive role, Karin is the Director of Corporate Internships and Lecturer in Industrial Relations and Management at the Tasmanian School of Business and Economics (University of Tasmania).

Karin has over twelve years’ experience in industrial relations, human resource training and small business startup experience. Her areas of expertise include negotiation, advocacy, enterprise bargaining, contract development and conflict resolution. Karin understands the challenges associated with preparing financials, profit and loss, cash flows and budgeting and is adept at developing and maintaining successful relationships with internal and external business stakeholders. As a trainer, she has developed and delivered a range of training packages to suit small and large organisations and as an academic she has been awarded for her teaching across a range of management subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
