Executive Mentoring

Executive mentoring meetings are an informal, friendly and supportive way to work through issues and develop some practical strategies through robust discussion based on mutual respect. We usually start out by holding an initial meeting to get to know one another and make sure that there is a personal rapport that is fundamental to a trusting relationship. A schedule of meetings can be arranged so that there is, initially, regularity to our contact and discussions enabling practical matters to be dealt with almost as soon as they occur.
